The week ahead

After a quiet start to January we had a couple of small parties in over rhe weekend but from here on in we are full metal jacket with no less that four paties this weekend , two 18ths , 1 baby shower and one christening so were taking this week to make sure we dot and cross the details to make sure everything goes smoothly .

On the entertainment side we have booked in a few acts , notably DJ Skippy for Valentines night and brilliant local duo called Pye-Faced for Saturday 15th February , were also installing new TVs and the first one is a 75" piece of kit to support our state of the art digital kareoke by " Singha " , this will be a user operated system so you can just turn up and sing anytime you want to throw out a few tunes .

We are also looking forward to the warmer months and speaking to our suppiers to see what outside support they can offer so our pavement area is looking beautiful for the summer months .

Darwen Live plans are well under way , this year we are hoping to have an outdoor stage hosted by a DJ and a lineup of acts gathered from our best performers from the last 12 months .
